so i went to one of my favourite places big tones today. found out they are closing at christmas time [img]frown.gif[/img]


but i picked up some new records. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]


def lepard - hysteria which i already have on cd and its in such mint fucking condition! the ticket said 25 bucks. no sweet.


then got to cars albums - one self titled which i also had on cd and the other heartbreak city which were both in good condition too.

so i took them up to the counter and the guy goes. $6. my jaw dropped! i was like WHAT!?! are you for real? apparently he was [img]tongue.gif[/img]


i also found this aerosmith one which i already have on vinyl rocks but its 100 times better looking than the one ive got some im gonna go get it tomorrow for collecters item purposes and continue listening to my not so better quality one [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I found a steal lke that once. Looked through a stack of vinyl that I had looked through many times before, but somehow I, and everyone else, had missed a particular one that is incredibly rare. The CD version can often be found on ebay for $30-70, the price of the vinyl, $4.99. It looked like it had been sitting there since it was released in 1990, cause it was in the original wrapper and things like that would sit forever until someone that knew what it was found it.

in borders at chadstone, i was through a bargain bin at absolute shit, like hanson and nat king cole.. when i stumbled across the doors box set.. all their studio albums (7cds) and a rarities cd, and a big book. for $30 marked down from $135
